Created in the era of WTO and NAFTA protests, Descartes weaves together an animal rights-inspired scene of birds vs cops, complete with pepper spray, riot gear, protest banners, and news crew. Descartes’ approach recalls both Hieronymous Bosch and Richard Scarry to create an exciting discovery landscape for folks of all ages.
